mediaverko operates this website from the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree you must leave the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract between you and mediaverko under the laws of England and Wales. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts to use this site. The site provides professional media feed services including video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work and high-quality feeds for news and broadcasting. You may use the site only for lawful business or professional purposes related to these services. Any other use requires prior written consent from mediaverko.
Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt to interfere with the site, upload malicious code, scrape content without permission, or use the services for illegal broadcasting, defamation or infringement of third-party rights. You must not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with mediaverko. Violations may result in immediate termination of access and reporting to relevant authorities under UK law.

All text, graphics, video formats, signal specifications and other material on the site are owned by mediaverko or its licensors. You may view pages for your own professional use but must not copy, distribute or create derivative works without express permission. Trademarks such as the mediaverko name and logo may not be used without prior written approval.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mediaverko, its directors and staff from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the services or any infringement of third-party rights connected with content you submit.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the UK may also bring proceedings in their local courts. Nothing affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or rights to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office regarding data protection matters.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
